My responsibilities include conducting user research, creating annotated sketches and user flows, and facilitating Design Thinking workshops with stakeholders and business partners. Additionally, I am responsible for implementing and maintaining the design team's design system.

I was the lead designer for the OutcomesMTM platform pharmacy experience. My role involved designing several products that facilitated vaccination scheduling, clinical services, medication management, and adherence. To ensure the success of these products, I conducted user research, created annotated sketches and user flows, and led Design Thinking workshops with stakeholders and business partners.
